A Walk Through the Word: Daily Bread with Crystal Freie
God’s Word is powerful. It is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. But sometimes, it’s confusing and can be difficult to understand and apply to our daily lives. If you’ve ever felt frustrated trying to figure out what the Bible is saying and how it applies to you, then you’re in the right place! On this podcast, you’ll heard daily episodes sharing Scripture and helping to unpack what it means and how it can be applied to your daily life. It’s great to understand something, but if you don’t put it into practice, does it really do you any good? It’s my hope that you’ll be introduced (or reminded) of practical ways we can lean on the Word of God in our daily lives to draw closer to Him. In addition to the short, daily episodes, each week will feature a guest interview to share a different perspective on the impact of faith. Sharing stories is such a great way to connect to others and to hear first-hand that you’re not alone in the struggles of this life. There is hope, and it’s found in Jesus Christ. It’s my prayer that this podcast is helpful, meaningful, and most of all, a resource to deepen your relationship with God. He loves you more than you could ever fathom, and He’s longing to draw closer to you.

Hey Friends!! I couldn’t wait to talk with this week’s guest and find out all I could about the journey he’s on. My guest this week is John Christopher Frame. John grew up in the US, but has lived in Turkey since 2014, and is currently exploring all the towns in Turkey where the Apostle Paul is known to have visited. And now you know why I was just giddy to have this conversation! We have a great time talking about the impact of John’s faith and how it not only guides his decisions and hopes for what he’s doing in his life, but also how his faith can be used to help others grow in their faith through his writing. We also talk about how important it is to connect with God to grow your spiritual relationship and how you can do that every day. John is the author of “7 Attitudes of the Helping Heart: How to Live Out Your Faith and Care for the Poor” and “Homeless at Harvard: Finding Faith and Friendship on the Streets of Harvard Square”, both of which you can find on his website. Be sure to check out the links below to connect with John on Facebook and visit his website to download his free 7-day prayer guide, awesome updates from his journey, and to check out his books. Equipping the body for God's best... Hey Friends!! This week’s guest conversation is one you don’t want to miss! We’re talking about the connection between your health and your calling, and there’s a freebie in there for you, too! My guest this week is the fabulous, Robin Rhine McDonald. Robin is a Faith-Based Holistic Health Coach, proud mom and wife, with a passion for supporting and empowering Jesus-loving women to gain true health while losing weight through her sustainable, grace-based process. She loves to help women ditch chronic dieting and disease for holistic health and wellness; mixing her seminary background with her study of integrative nutrition to help women develop the energy and vitality to live out their unique God-given calling. We have a lot of fun talking about how Robin’s faith and desire to see the body of Christ equipped to receive God’s best has shaped her path, and how the healing aspect is often left out of the worldly conversations about ‘getting healthier’. We also share some laughs about things we’ve discovered along our health journeys, and Robin has an amazing offer for a free masterclass on prioritizing our health to increase our Kingdom impact. Take a walk with me...
On this podcast, you’ll hear daily episodes sharing Scripture and helping to unpack what it means and how it can be applied to your daily life.
